Kyle Farnsworth has elbow soreness

The Tampa Bay Times is reporting that closer Kyle Farnsworth is experiencing soreness in his (presumably) throwing elbow. No details on the severity of the problem, but any time a pitcher has a sore elbow its a scary thing.
Options to close, should he miss any time include Fernando Rodney, J.P. Howell, Jake McGee, and front runner Joel Peralta.
